Steps

1. Identify the exact airport, seaport or land border you intend to use and the authority responsible for that entry point.
2. Check the Somalia Immigration and Citizenship Agency announcement and open the federal portal only from the official ICA website or the direct etas.gov.so address.
3. Read the live eligibility, passport-validity, document, processing and payment instructions before entering personal data.
4. Apply early, use accurate passport details and save the official submission reference.
5. Check the approval carefully and retain an electronic and offline copy for airline and immigration checks.
6. Before departure, ask the airline and responsible immigration authority whether the authorisation is accepted for your itinerary, including any transit or onward entry.
